Looking for an accountability partner

I'm looking for a diet accountability partner. I'm a 41 year old male with around 40 pounds to lose.. i've been up and down lots of times, and i'm having trouble sticking with anything right now. I'm mostly looking for one or more people to hold me accountable if I don't log all my food, keep to my target calories and protein (1200 cal/day / 100 grams protein/day). Of course i'm willing to help keep you to your goals as well -though i'd prefer if yours were similar just so that we have some common experiences with it.

I lift weights at the gym typically 4 days per weeks, and try to add cardio as best as I can on top of that. I turn 42 in September, and would like to be a bit under 215 pounds by then - i bounce between 255 and 260 right now.

Yep, me. I'm 40 and I have about 50 to lose but I'd settle for 40 to start with. My schedule is pretty tight right now but I usually manage to play squash about 3 times a week. BUT I will make a commitment to add weight training to that at least 2 times per week. (Just FYI I'm in another time zone.... if that's an issue).
  • I would totally be your accountability partner. Im 19, 200 pounds, and looking to lose about 50. Im tired of starting over and Im ready to get serious about loseing weight this summer!
