30 day shred before and after results / pics please?

Hiya,
I'm looking for motivation.
I did last year only level 1 for 2 weeks...then quit sadly.
I looked through the fitness pal site but it seems pictures are not showing up any more due to the length of time.

I'll be really thankful if you share your photos / measurements and if you did anything extra with 30 day shred?
And did you follow any particular diet?
