    I usually just put scuzz on the tv but anything by the foo's , system of a down , linkin park , gets my juices flowing .

    all that modern caterwauling! What's wrong with a proper tune you can hum to? When I am feeling modern there is nothing like a good gramophone of Glenn Miller or Perry Como to get me moving around the house.

    I like to listen to house and EDM when I run so I can match my pace to the tempo. Some that are on my playlist are:
    Avicii - Hey Brother
    David Guetta - Play Hard
    Borgeous - Tsunami
    Showtek - Booyah
    Hadouken - MAD
    Hadouken - Mic Check

    Also when I am working out where no one can see me I like a song that I can mouth the words to. Something like the Offspring and Beyonce works well for me.
