I am thinking of starting some kettlebell workouts at home. I train for shorter triathlons so I do a fair amount of cardio but feel like I want to improve my strength. Any suggestions?

One of my all-time favorite kettlebell dvds is AOS Providence. Art of Strength also has some other good ones, but Providence is my favorite.
If you are a beginner, Skogg is a really good place to start. His workout system has great instructions for the moves.
I also like RKS which is the Reinhardt Kettlebell System, and Lauren Brooks workouts. Lauren has some great dvds and has really excellent form.0 -
I use fitness blender.com. they have good kettlebell work outs0

The Fitness blender ones are good to if you have the fundamentals down since there isn't any instruction0
