I am thinking of starting some kettlebell workouts at home. I train for shorter triathlons so I do a fair amount of cardio but feel like I want to improve my strength. Any suggestions?

One of my all-time favorite kettlebell dvds is AOS Providence. Art of Strength also has some other good ones, but Providence is my favorite.

If you are a beginner, Skogg is a really good place to start. His workout system has great instructions for the moves.

I also like RKS which is the Reinhardt Kettlebell System, and Lauren Brooks workouts. Lauren has some great dvds and has really excellent form.

livefitrevolution.org - 12 weeks of free kettlebell workouts with instruction starting from pretty easy to pretty advanced...

The Fitness blender ones are good to if you have the fundamentals down since there isn't any instruction
