Open Diary Friends

Hi,
I have just joined and would love to make some friends for motivation (current BMI of 28, 35lbs to lose), especially if you have an open diary as I could do with some new healthy recipe ideas!
My diary is open, though I have only just started. I am eating 1,200 calories a day, and trying to reduce carbs, but not on any specific diet, and trying to focus on being healthy - I eat fish 2x per week, and try to have two veggie days per week too.
For people looking for similar friends; I am 25yo, 4"11, 142lbs with a GW of 107lbs, and I run 3-4 times per week. Happy to accept any requests

The open diary is what helps me the most - finding variety and inspiration from other meal plans is the best part of MFP! Add me if your diary is open!0

Mebepiglet123 - I've always thought it was good to work off as many calories as possible. Does the body go into starvation ('fat storing') mode if I don't eat back my calories? Feel free to share info so I don't sabotage myself lol! Thanks0
