Every month is a good measure. A year difference is even better. I just like having lots of pictures. Take some now for comparison! Now would be a perfect opportunity0

I've been taking them every month. It's neat to see the progression. Can't wait to see what a year brings! (I'm only on month 3 of my journey, and already down 19 lbs!)0

I do it weekly. Just recently I started having my legs/buns photographed too, wish I'd started that from the beginning too. I do it every week. You can't really see the changes but then if you check back, yeah you can see the changes.0 -
I'll start doing them every month then from today
i lost 17lb in the first couple of weeks ..... 35lb within a couple of months but started putting it back on soon as i started to exercise then hurt myself had to rest up for months, piled it back on.. got back into it since new year... trying to stay motivated0 -

This... I do mine at my BF's since he has a full length mirror there- so it's easy to keep track monthly
hard to see week to week- but monthly is good.0 -

I decided to take progress pictures with every 25lbs lost in the dress that made me want to lose weight in the first place. I didn't have this brain child so my first (and currently only) progress pic I am at -38lbs. I take "during" pictures every so often, they wind up being once or twice a month. I edit the pics with my weight and date since MFP does not allow for descriptions. Feel free to check out my pictures for my formatting.0

I take pictures at least once a week. It keeps me motivated to see the difference even a few days make...0

Once a month.0

Normally I would take them every 4 weeks, but since i'm blogging, I'm doing it weekly, which is a little counter productive b/c the changes aren't dramatic enough to matter...0

I don't schedule the days when I'm going to take some photo's. I just take them when I feel like it, but they are usually taken quite close together. I'll probably end up spacing them out a bit more because I usually take some every 1 to 2 weeks.0

Once a month. This month (May) pic is my profile pic.0

At the start and end of each bulk/cut cycle. Usually every 4-6 weeks.0

Maybe every 6 months. Been awhile since I last did any!0

I changed weighing myself to once a month, and I am only taking pictures every 10 pounds, or if I think I've defined.0

Every ten pounds it's a little ocd but I like progress pics to be at even weights.0

I do them monthly at my gym.
My trainer will weigh, measure and photo me once a month to keep me on track.
My plan is to animate all the photos in a year and show "The incredible Shrinking Dave" at the end!!
