THIS JUST DOESNT SOUND RIGHT!! I lost 145lbs over 2 years and have maintained my weight for 3 years after losing it. And i NEVER fall below 1200 calories. if i multplied my weight by 7 it'd only be 875 calories!? your body needs a minimum of 1200 per day for normal body functions and you should never fall below that, exercise or not! Yes, you will loose some weight, but you are starving your body and not only is it unhealthy, but you are WAY more likely to gain it all back. just FYI!0
