In December I must have been at least 15-17%BF I dropped to a 20% caloric deficit and tried to lift as heavily as I could 3 days a week to maintain what muscle I have along with daily walks. I didn’t think it would be possible to lose the fat I had, I was a pasty lump around the middle but by just sticking to it it came off and to be honest I am stunned. Now I am going to try to build some muscle and I am terrified of getting those love handles again. I still lift 3 times a week but do some cross fit type stuff as well for fun0
