I posted this on the official Beachbody forums as well. Did the absolute best I could with a bad wrist + neck and back issues. I think I did well, what do you all think??

    Need to make your pictures a little smaller- I had to open them in a new tab to see your "after".

    But great job! that was just with Insanity? Amazing job!
