I am in need of some support and motivation!! I have 90lbs to lose. Yikes is this even possible...lol? I really want to do this!

It is very possible.Stay positive, stay focused. It is a long slow process, but if you stick to it you will be so happy with the results. I've lost 30 pounds and feel so much better. Do this for yourself, you won't regret it.0

You can do this! You are in the right place; be sure you are in the right frame of mind, too.
Log *everything* that you eat or drink. Get a digital scale and *weigh* your foods. Measuring spoons and cups don't tell the real story.

You can do it, with the support of folks here on MFP. It is work to document all food eaten, but if you establish a routine you'll find it much easier. I was so good about logging my food intake, but needed a break from digital life and stopped using this app for a bit. I'm back and looking forward to connecting with some more folks.0
