planet fitness workout

Hi everyone. I just started at PF (and I know everyone has their own opinions on them) and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on workouts there? I'm looking to loose weight and inches (I'm also aware I have to make a diet change as well)... any ideas are welcome! :-)

    I start out with a mile walk, then do their express circuit. most of it anyways, there are a couple machines I skip there, but I do most of the arm ones, and the leg press one.

    after that, I usually walk another mile. the stair machine kicks my butt too, but usually there are people on it.

    Honestly? I've had the most body changes from ditching most of the machines and focusing on free weights. I've only lost 10#, but gone down 2 pants sizes.
