planet fitness workout

Hi everyone. I just started at PF (and I know everyone has their own opinions on them) and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on workouts there? I'm looking to loose weight and inches (I'm also aware I have to make a diet change as well)... any ideas are welcome! :-)

I start out with a mile walk, then do their express circuit. most of it anyways, there are a couple machines I skip there, but I do most of the arm ones, and the leg press one.
after that, I usually walk another mile. the stair machine kicks my butt too, but usually there are people on it.0 -

Honestly? I've had the most body changes from ditching most of the machines and focusing on free weights. I've only lost 10#, but gone down 2 pants sizes.0
