Hey, Y'all, my name is Michelle and I've been on the myfitnesspal "wagon" for a week now and I've lost 6lbs so far! Just eating a whole lot better and exercising regularly. Walking is my favorite. I was on fitnesspal before over a year ago, but I didn't do well and I gave up. But this time I'm motivated and focused on wanting to lose all this excess weight. When I started last week I weighed in at my highest weight ever at 318lb. My ultimate goal is 159lb. I've got a long way to go and patience and commitment are my friends. I want y'all to be my friends, too! Send me a friend request and I'll accept it, especially if you're a young lady like me trying to lose a significant amount of weight, too. We can help eachother!
