help with gaining muscles!

Hello!
i've lost some weight,11lbs,and my butt from squats from the workouts im doing is"perky"but is "square"
i dont know if im being clear.

I cant go to the gym lift weights,and im really self conscious about this,i want a "round"bigger but.

What can i do?At home,in levels of eating and working out.

I really need your help.

    there are other ways of training your *kitten* then squating. not sure what they are, but you should do those lol.

    if you have the money or some other means of getting the product, you could try that brazilian butt lift from beach body.

    if you really wanted to gain muscle then you would have to eat more then you burn. I think that you can achieve the effect you want by eating at or below maintenance though. but you won't be adding muscle.

    I've started doing brazil butt lift actualy,but i haven't seen any major changes
    thats why im kinda"desperate"

    Hip thrusts, glute bridge, deadlift and stiff-legged dead lift! Hip thrusts and glute bridges are almost the same, it is just easier to use weight with hip thrusts because you're parallel to the ground instead of angled where the weight will roll toward your head. They work mostly glutes. Deadlifts are a full-body workout, lots of core stability work, but they involve the hamstrings and glutes, which is good to balance.
