My coworkers have been raving about this site so I decided to give it a try since I've had so much difficulty losing 10 pounds. Seeing my calorie count today has been an eye opener! No wonder I haven't been able to lose the weight!

Heh, yea this sight is a bit of an eye opener. It holds you mercilessly accountable for EVERY thing you consume. But in the end it is for the best.
