21 Day Fix Workouts - review and online?

Anybody care to share what they think about the 21 Day Fix workouts? Do you think they are hard? Are they a good workout for people who are athletes?

Also, anyone know where you can watch them online? I always hear people say that you can find BeachBody workouts on YouTube, and I'd like to try some of the workouts from 21 Day Fix, but can't find them.
