Loved reading your story and seeing your pictures !
I lost 45 lbs over several years ...... still have a few to go, but seem to have gotten comfortable at this weight ....... gotta stay focused & keep my eye on the prize.

Wow! You look great, fantastic work! I needed to see this today for the last couple weeks ive been loosing and gaining the same couple pounds. I've gotta get my head back in the game. I have set out to lose 100lbs in one year. I'm about 10months into that year and 85lbs and my weightloss has slowed. Need to crank it up a bit. Thanks for the inspiration!0
