Hello all! I don't believe in New Year resolutions, however I do believe in the best me I can be. So, I've started the new year with not only a weight loss goal, but an overall improved fitness goal. I don't buy in to short term diet trends, instead I prefer to learn about ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated

Hello and I agree! Short term goals haven't worked for me in the past. A new year gives a natural beginning for a new way of thinking. I'm looking to lose weight in a healthy way that includes better food choices and adding regular exercise. Best of success with your efforts!0
