Closing the diary?

If I close my diary, but eat again after I've closed it, will MFP allow me to log food and then close the updated diary?

    Yes. You can "finish logging for the day" and then still add calories if you eat something else.

    Yes, after you finish logging for the day, if you decide to eat something else, you should see the option to make addtl entries to your diary
