Well....I'm at about half a month in right now. I have lost 8 pounds. I did a very large overhaul of my diet, completely cutting out soda (which I was drinking A LOT of). I started using Atkins shakes to ensure that I am getting SOMETHING during the day so that I do not have to worry about eating. I will probably continue with that for a while at least. And I have cut out sweets most of the way. I have had a couple of small sweets, but generally they are not in my diet. I snack on almonds or veggies.0

I think I lost about 5 pounds
My 6th week in I lost 7 pounds when i had the flu0 -
I lost 11 lbs in my first month, but I had 160-180 to lose overall, so it's coming off fairly quickly right now (been working at this since March 13th).0

Zilch, zero, nada. It took 5 1/2 weeks to see a change on the scale. I lost inches first.0

I never understood how one can lose inches without losing weight but losing inches can make one look like they have lost lots of weight!!0 -
Only ten days in first month and lost 5lbs so far0

I lost 4 lbs the first month. I'm sure it was water weight. I was focused on tracking to see what I really ate and was in physical therapy for an ankle surgery, the first 3 - 4 weeks.0

I'm a big boy to start with. I also watch my intake very closely, work my butt off, and have never "eaten back" an exercise calorie.0 -
15.
351 to 336.
Just keep in mind that it's all going to depend on what your weight is now and how much you have to lose.0 -

11 pounds, but 3 of those was do to having strep and not being able to swallow without cringing in pain. It's probably too much all at once, but I was confused about my TDEE and was eating too few calories. Back on track for about 4 pounds a month now!0

I'm in my third week and am close to 16 pounds. To be fair, I drank most of my calories beforehand, and have almost quit drinking Dr. Pepper entirely, so I'm sure that's why it's coming off so quickly.0

No real loss in my first 4 weeks. Then suddenly the scale moved 5 lbs less in 5th week.0

I used to drink pepsi faithfully, it does help when you stop drinking all of the extra sugar!0 -

10 or 11 pounds (it was 10.2 pounds at my 4-week weigh-in, but I think I've dropped a bit more since). I've only actually been doing this for 30 days. I also may have mis-calculated my activity level a little, as I am dropping a little faster than intended, though some of it is certainly water weight. Once I hit 190 I'm going to try to slow to more like 1 - 1.5 lb a week. I also want to focus more on strength training - I used to be quite strong when I was able to work with a trainer 3x/week, and I rather liked it.
I've definitely lost size, though the tape measure and my clothing disagree about how much (my clothing seems to think it's much more than my tape measure does).0 -
It's only been 2 weeks but I lost 8 pounds so far. I think much of it has to do with cutting out the sleeve of crackers per day that was adding an extra 500 calories a day and god knows how many grams of sodium. I don't drink soda so I haven't noticed any differences from that.0
