Hello, I find myself struggling to get to my calorie goal without going over on my carbs. Is this a big deal? Any suggestions on foods that will help me get this under control? Thanks

Your diary isn't public so it's difficult to see specifically....
But increasing Protein and Fats should help....0 -
Eat more protein and less carbohydrates. If you are under your calories than you don't have to worry about "gaining" weight due to carbs (they are not evil).
However, if it bothers you eating most of your diet in carbs, than incorporate more protein, lean meats/fish. Just realize that there are carbs in most everything, including fruits and vegetables.
Eating a balanced diet is always a good idea- as long as you are getting your nutritional needs met, don't sweat the small stuff.0 -
I find if I eat more protein especially for breakfast, that this helps. I stay fuller longer. Don't forget that fruit has sugar (carbs) also. Choose fruits that are lower in sugar like berries, apples. Grapes are high in sugar, and oranges. Hope this helps, I struggle with this to.0

It's not a huge deal, unless you're specifically trying to go low carb.. If you are, I'd read this: http://greatist.com/health/fitness-reborn-real-truth-about-carbs. Otherwise, it's the calories that matter most - just make sure you're getting enough protein - MFP's intake level tends to be high, I think: http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/protein0
