OMG YOU GUYS!!!!!!!! I LIFTED WEIGHTS BECAUSE YALL TOLD ME IT WOULDN'T MAKE ME BULK UP! I STARTED LIFTING THREE WEEKS AGO AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED.....
