    Congratulations on your weight loss. I just got my issue of it and read all the articles. I did notice that MFP was mentioned. You have a lot to be proud of. I need to lose about 50, my goal says 45 and the drs. say 20. I am taking one day at a time and watching the sodium and sugar numbers as well as the calories. We at MFP are sure you can get that last pound off in no time. Congrats again.:happy: :happy: :smile: :smile:
