Hey guys,
I'm new to MFP... looking for some friends to join me on my weight loss journey. I've finally reached the point where I am sick of looking at myself in the mirror. I hate my weight, shape etc. I am tired of looking at myself and it's time to change! I want to feel good when I go out clothes shopping, not see it as a chore because I hate the way I look. Anyway, feel free to add me as a friend and lets support each other!

Welcome to the site! I'm totally new too but I can tell this is a good place to try for change. I find it a chore to shop.. use to be a fun thing for me tho.. I loved going to the malls once upon a time lol. Take care ^^0

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
