Jillian Michaels DVD without too much bouncing?

I injured my ankle running a couple days ago, so I'm looking for a workout I can do while that heals up. It's not so bad I can't do squats/lunges and stuff, I just want to avoid all the jumping jacks and jogging in place that she does in 30 day shred, which I had started earlier.
Does anyone have recommendations for one that is more focused on the strength portions? It doesn't have to be Jillian Michaels as long as it's a good work out and doesn't need more than a mat and hand weights.

Her Yoga Meltdown videos have no cardio portions, so there's absolutely no butt kicks, jumping jacks, high knees, etc. It's all resistance training and yoga. I do it once a week and I'm always sweating something fierce when I'm done (and absolutely feel it the next day). You can check Level 1 out at the link below:

Or there's No More Trouble Zones if you're more interested in working with free weights:http://youtu.be/VfkuK3mMowM

Both of these look good, I will try them. Today I decided to just modify 30DS by replacing the cardio sections with balancing exercises. Thanks guys!0
