                    I injured my ankle running a couple days ago, so I'm looking for a workout I can do while that heals up. It's not so bad I can't do squats/lunges and stuff, I just want to avoid all the jumping jacks and jogging in place that she does in 30 day shred, which I had started earlier.
Does anyone have recommendations for one that is more focused on the strength portions? It doesn't have to be Jillian Michaels as long as it's a good work out and doesn't need more than a mat and hand weights.

            pretty sure No more trouble zones is fairly bounce free0

            Her Yoga Meltdown videos have no cardio portions, so there's absolutely no butt kicks, jumping jacks, high knees, etc. It's all resistance training and yoga. I do it once a week and I'm always sweating something fierce when I'm done (and absolutely feel it the next day).             Both of these look good, I will try them. Today I decided to just modify 30DS by replacing the cardio sections with balancing exercises. Thanks guys!0
