30 Day Shred

So I just bought 30 day shred and I wanted to know what everyone has thought of it. I might be scared to try it because a lot of people say it's tough but works...

    It's good. Hard work but that is what you want. Do what you can and build up to doing the whole thing at each level and then moving up to the next level. Good luck, I like Jillian Michaels.

    I made a big mistake of doing two rounds of level 1 back to back on my 1st day doing it...I was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sore the next day...it hurt to do just about anything and everything lol

    I am getting used to it though...have been out of commission since Saturday...once I get better I am going to jump back into it...
  • I'm on Day 4 of Level 1 -- it is tough, but if I can do it, with only a few 10 second breaks (mostly during jumping jacks), anyone can do it. I say go for it!

    I bought I while I was at work at watched level 1 and it doesn't seem too bad except for the lunges..
