I love my misto! I love being to use oils that I chose instead of cooking sprays.....but, how do I figure out how many calories that I'm spraying? Has anyone figured this out?

    I love mine too! This would be pretty tricky to figure out. I haven't bothered to count because I figured the cals would be very minimal. Could you start with an empty bottle, measure out a small amount of oil and count how many uses you get, then divide that amount of oil by number of uses to get the cals?

    Measure empty bottle. Measure full bottle. Spray out 20 quirts. Remeasure bottle. Subtract new weight from full weight. Divide that number by 20 and now you have a basic idea of how many calories.
