How to catalog video workouts

Hello, I am just starting this with a bunch of memebers in my family and I am looking for any pointers on how to track exercise from a video (i.e. biggest loser, last chance workout). I tend to do these due to injury, and was curious if there is some trick to log it. Thanks for any help.

the most accurate would be to wear a heart rate monitor but if you dont have one no big deal. just take the exercises that are IN the video and log them all individually, or take what ever the exercise is CLOSEST to (like me, i do zumba from dvds and there's no log for it so i just log it as heavy cardio dancing)0

Thanks for the quick answer, I will try to break it down then and then copy for the next time I do it.0
