It's Sunday. Good day for a new start.

I'm trying to put together a 1 week workout plan. I'm thinking of using way more cardio this week because weight lifting has not brought me any visible results in 2 months. Although it has made me stronger and I feel great after weight lifting. But I'm think of focusing on cardio this week. Any ideas? I am a member of a gym also

    For cardio, try these:

    Sprints
    HIIT
    Sled drags / pushes
    Olympic lifting (yes, really)
    Lift faster (not joking, some people are not very explosive and take too much time between sets)
    Farmers walks
    Plyometrics
    Jump rope
    High-box step ups
    Boxing
    Tire flips

    Whatever you choose to do for cardio, don't stop strength training. If you're doing it correctly, the results should be there after 2 months as long as your diet is right. You may need to increase the intensity, increase your weights, or change your program.
