Weekend blues

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if someone has some ideas on how to maintain dieting on weekends? I'm doing pretty good during the week but my main problem is handling Friday through Sunday....Any suggestions is greatly appreciate!!!

    are you eating out of boredom?? I would take the time to have healthy food prepared and ready so all you have to do is reach in and grab... I will buy 2 lbs of black angus ground sirloin and patty / cook them.. then freeze individually. that way I have a burger ready in two minutes... same with lettuce.. buy a few kinds and wash n store in baggies... also the Purdue smart cuts chicken breast.. make a great snack alone or on some salad. i guess what I'm getting at it take an hour one night a week and PREPARE the food so its ready to eat when you have a craving all weekend.. hope this helps.
