When you look at older treads, you often see people that posted with a 4-5-10 pounds loss then disapear. At that moment, they were so hopefull but then just quit. I hope I won't see any of my MFP friends quit. This is hard for everybody, we all want to quit one time or another. Me for exemple. I do not have 100 pounds to lose, I have an idea how it feel but it is not my reality, but last time it took me 1 year to lose 10 pounds. I see people losing 5-10 pounds a month!!!! I wish. I have to remind myself that my journey is my own and I can't compare it to anyone else. I will not be perfect everyday. I will maybe gain someday...but in the long term, I am getting healthier.
Please do not quit!!!
Sorry for the rambling LOL

I've been at this for two years now. I've had good stretches and bad stretches, but the trend line has been downward.
It's a life style thing. The last time a fell off the wagon, wasn't as damaging as the first time I fell off the wagon.0 -
I'm not going anywhere. I'm here to get this done, no matter how long it takes. Then after that, I;ll be working on maintenance.0
