Hi everyone
I'm in between 5'3 / 5'4 height. SW 220 and CW is 198 - aiming for 1400 cals per day and exercise 4-5 times per week.
I'm thinking I'd like to get down to 120-130...
Does anyone else have similar goals/stats?

I'm 5'3" and currently 208. I dont' have a goal in mind yet but I know from the past that I look and feel my best at 140.0

5' 4.5" goal weight of somewhere between 125-130. That's where I sit naturally but I'd like to build up some muscle mass and burn some body fat percentage, so it may even be a bit higher or lower. Really, anywhere between 120-135 would be fine, I think. I have a small bone structure.0

I am 5'4" with a large frame and a large chest. I'm shooting for somewhere in the 138 to 144 range - which would likely put me in a size 4 bottoms size 6 tops.0

125-133 always felt really good for me at 5'3"ish.0

I'm 5'4 and right now my goal is set to 140. I'm pretty close to that now (finally) and have realized that I probably should be shooting for 130 or so, but we'll see how I feel once I hit my first goal. I'm shooting for a size 8 jeans. Once I get there, I'll probably switch to maintaining, regardless of weight. I'm currently wearing a size 10, so hopefully soon I'll be in those 8s. Woot!0

I'm 5'4" and my GW is probably around 120. For me, it's more about achieving a physique that I run the best at than an exact number on the scale. My highest weight was 156. Current weight is 125.0

I am 5'3 . 120 pounds, I used to be 145 but I lost a lot. I dont have a goal weight. I just wanna be healthy and get toned. I am happy where I am but my love handles wont go away!! If you want to see what 120 looks like. This is me.

Hey there! My goal is more body fat % oriented. I'm currently 137lbs (started at 222lbs) and I want to gain some muscle. So I might gain some "weight" but I'll wear smaller clothes. Currently I wear size small shirts and size 6 pants. My goal is to be in the 20-25% body fat range.0

I am 5'4" and weigh 202 right now. My best weight is usually 145-150, which is where I was two years ago. I was told by a nurse once that 150 was just right for me, but I prefer 145, as that weight is where I feel the healthiest. I am taking in 1,400 calories per day and walking 3.5 miles/day five or six days a week, with some living-room Zumba thrown in. I want to be healthy, and if I can fit into my cute size 8 jeans again, I will be set for life! :-)0

Right now I am 5'4/5.5" and 150 lbs. My goal is 125-130... feel free to add for motivation! Could always use new and motivating friends!0

I am 5/4 - CW is 195.2. I was at my lightest 123 lbs, but that was not a functional weight for me. I was always cold and I looked a little sickly due to strong bone structure in my shoulders. I was wearing size 3 jeans at that time. I feel that I looked my best and felt my best between 130 and 139 allowing for daily and holiday fluctuations. I am determined to lose this weight that I am currently carrying and settle back in the 130's. You will find as you lose weight where you feel best and where you feel that you look your best. I can guarantee if you succeed at your goals that you will find your "NEW IMPROVED" happy weight.0

I'm 5'3". I don't have a goal weight - I care more about dropping body fat and toning up. The scale isn't an accurate measure of these things. A lower number is always nice to see but it's not the most important indicator of being fit!

5'4", currently 150, goal 130-140. I am lifting so I have a feeling I will be happier with a higher weight than I think, but we'll see.0

It depends on how much muscle I can hold on to while I lose but I'm hoping that 150 will give me the look that I want. I may have to go lower, to 145 or 140. About 15 years ago 150 did the trick but I'm a lot older now, so we'll see.0

I'm 5'4 and weigh 170.4. My goal is 135 but I am rethinking this. I have been trying for months to lose weight with minimal success so I think that my goal of 135 might be too low. I participate in crossfit 5 times per week and try to eat 1700 calories per day or less. I am hungry all the time and almost always struggle to stay under 1700.

I'm 5'4" and maintain around 118. I have a pretty narrow frame (my bra band is between 26-28 - small ribcage and all that.) You can see how it looks on me in my third profile photo, I think that's the only one where you can see my body. It sounds light to most people but I am not even close to bony and could probably look better minus another 5 pounds or so. It just depends on your build.0

I'm 5' 3.5" and my goal weight is currently 124 because when I started using MFP I thought a 20lb loss was a good goal. The highest weight I saw on a scale was 156 but that wasn't my highest weight, I just stopped stepping on a scale. I honestly don't know what my goal weight is. I will probably adjust my goal down to 118-120 simply because I remember being happy with my size at this weight but as I get closer to my goal I also care less about the number. I want to lower my body fat % and I want to increase my lean body mass. I want to increase my fitness level and endurance. I want to be strong. I don't know how much I will weigh when I obtain the body composition and physique I am striving for.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 135-145. I am naturally athletic and build muscle fairly easily. My best shape was at 135 pounds. I wore size 5 pant and small shirt at that time.0

I'm 5'4". I have my goal set to 130, but I am generally happy as long as I'm under 135 any my favorite jeans still fit.0

I m 5'4 and am happy as long as I am in the 150's. WW says for me to weigh 145 but 155 is fine with me. I started at 208. I think it depends on different things like I don't have those really skinny legs or arms some people have.0

I was initially shooting for 130, but at 143, I'm pretty happy with what I see. I'm still dropping body fat so we'll see where I end up, but I don't live and breathe by that number anymore.

Hey!!! I am 5'3 and my Goal weight is anywhere from 130-140. My CW is 195 and my starting weight was 245(the heaviest I have ever been and I was pregnant). My pre-pregnancy weight was 170. I have been bouncing up and down with my weightloss but I am SERIOUSLY going to get down to at least 140. Add me!!! I love all my 5'3/5'4 gals!!!0

I'm 5'4", CW 155, and my goal is somewhere around 145ish. I'm very curvy, my current measurements are 38, 35, 41. I'm not looking to become really thin, just healthy and keep my curves0

How in the world do y'all have such low pants sizes? I don't really mind having a high number---I wear size 12 at 5'3" and 147 lb, but I am just very surprised at all these women wearing size 6, 8 pants....my size 12 looks like it's here to stay as I head toward my goal of 140. (I'll see if I want to get to 135 and subsequently 130 later.)0
