Good Morning! I'm fairly new to this so I apologize if this has already been asked or is easy to find. I'm wanting to add some exercises and don't know what to put for T25. I thought about looking at a list of pre-entered exercises but didn't see any. Does anyone have suggestions on what to enter it as or where I could find a list of the pre-entered exercises?

Without a HRM it's just an estimate, but I use Circuit Training. Has worked so far. I'm on week 3 of beta.0

I'm starting this tonight.....I have insanity and love it, but 25 minutes for intense workout fits better into my day!!!!0

You have to burn more than 296 calories in the 25 minutes of T25?! Or maybe I'm hoping I do
I've almost met my weight goal now I want to really focus on exercise and pushing myself even further.
