Anyone have any good recipes to make it taste less fishy? Preferably in the grill? Thanks!

soak the fish in milk for about an hour before you grill it - it will remove a lot of he fishy taste and smell.
also, I like mine grilled with a little powdered garlic, cilantro and lime juice, YUMMY!!!0 -
like the above poster stated, buttermilk will take the 'fishy' and 'gamey' taste out of wild caught fish and game.0

I grew up in a little fishing town, so I don't mind the "fishy" taste haha, but I know where you're coming from. I found experimenting with some cooking "finishers" for seafood. There are a few different brands and flavors you can find at local groceries stores.0
