Grilling fish

Anyone have any good recipes to make it taste less fishy? Preferably in the grill? Thanks!

    soak the fish in milk for about an hour before you grill it - it will remove a lot of he fishy taste and smell.

    also, I like mine grilled with a little powdered garlic, cilantro and lime juice, YUMMY!!!

    like the above poster stated, buttermilk will take the 'fishy' and 'gamey' taste out of wild caught fish and game.

    I grew up in a little fishing town, so I don't mind the "fishy" taste haha, but I know where you're coming from. I found experimenting with some cooking "finishers" for seafood. There are a few different brands and flavors you can find at local groceries stores.
