Ohhhh that's what aragula is . In Australia we called it rocquette or "rocket" lol

Yup, that's exactly the same thing. In french, we call aragula "roquette", as you do in Australia. :)

I wound up using a 100 calorie bun because my eyes were bigger than my belly and I thought I was going to eat the second one. My husband used a onion hamburger roll! These were amazing!!

Sorry for the low-res pic, don't have a camera (or a phone with a camera).
Sauerkraut with smoked pork (didn't have kaizer so used bacon instead), that's a man's dinner.

Officially, I'm a master in french literature working as a technical writer for a software engineering firm (hep...), but I lead a double life where I am also a freelance food writer (cookbooks ghostwriting, mostly, but I also edit recipes for food corporations and I published a quiz game about food last year).

My mother had a restaurant when I was younger and I did a bit of training with her, but I'm mostly self-taught (and just insanely curious and obsessive about food, hence the extra weight ;) ).
