I don't even like abs. :ohwell:
With a couple prominent exceptions, they're not the first thing I notice either.
Abs are meh. Glutes, calves, quads, shoulders, back, chest, and raw intelligence all rate higher.0 -
If we are talking about physique of a man, I'd have to say arms and chest, but ya gotta have good semi-thick, strong legs too in order to be in proportion top to bottom. Abs are overrated, but I don't like rolls or a gut that stands out from the rest of your body on a woman or man lol I happen to slack off on doing ab work. I'm only concentrating on it once a week, but I'm trying to increase it. I'm happy with my stomach for now, and I'm concentrating more on the bigger muscle groups right now. I don't like a six pack on a woman. I think only a man it looks good, to me anyway. A nice tight and toned strong stomach is great for a woman though. I happen to love cuts and some muscle on women (arms, legs, back), toned, and just overall fit, but not skinny. Strong is the new skinny! And that's all I gotta say about that!0

Smile/laugh/sense of humor
Arms and of course a nice tush!0 -
Just as long as his you-know-what isn't crooked.
LOL it can be crooked but it must be huge!
Lol so it can hit that ONE spot!!0 -

This. Broad shoulders catch my eye first.0 -
eyes, smile, hair, hands, chest.0

Broad strong shoulders and nicely defined arms
Yup, same here. Oh and if he has the whole "Ian Somerhalder eyes" thing going on, it would be perfect. Also a cute smile would be awesome.0 -
I think a better question is, are abs even ranking in the top 5 things attractive in a guy for any girls?0
-
Physically attractive guy parts consensus for my girlfriends: eyes, smile, chest, arms, hands, voice, butt, shoulders, quads and of course... junk all are above abs at least. Abs are not even top 10, I think the media is what says they are so important.0

Fine. Shoulders and biceps. Not much of an abs girl.0 -
Arms and shoulders! I couldn't care less about abs; if they're fit, usually their stomach is flatter anyway and their hard work shows.
But before I read the post about the muscle groups, I definitely thought about his eyes first. And his mouth...0 -
I'm not attracted to abs. For me it's smile/eyes/face. But nice arms/thighs/butt doesn't hurt. ;P0
-
Mmmm a nice set of arms does it for me. Put them in a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up a bit...yum0
-
I'm surprised no other said, the back!!! A really nice one that looks as if wings are going to bust out!!!! lol!0

Arms0

Honestly. Men who don't ask questions like this.0

Broad strong shoulders and nicely defined arms

Arms - nicely cut and shaped arms. (Think Rick Springfield in the 80s)0

I like a man with strong hands... hands that aren't exactly banged up but that look like they put in a hard day's work. That and a guy with thick full lips... wooooo that's schmexxxxay!0
-
Generally I don't like abs. They are nice to look at, but they aren't comforting. I like nice arms, toned legs, and a firm bubble butt. :P0
