    I'm 5"2' and 70.9 kgs (156lbs) and my goal is 60kgs or (132lbs). Ive only been tracking my diet for 2.5 weeks, but at my last weigh-in I had lost a total of 1.6kgs or (3.5lbs). Very stoked with that loss!
    Looking forward to being a more active member of this community!

    Hello Ya'll I m 5"1 and 149lbs. Wanna get back to 120's. It's tough to be all short *kitten* cause we show every pound!????

    I'm just over 5' and very stocky. I need to lose a minimum of 50 pounds by the end of this year. I was here a couple of years ago and lost weight and loved every bit of it but have a brand new account now and need new friends to join me, so feel free to add me if you're looking for more accountability partners!

    I am 5' even and very small build, CW 145 - my heaviest ever. Being this short means that a lot of the extra pounds are around my mid-section. And so lazy with exercise :(

    Well, I'm putting myself out here. I am 40 years old and 5 foot-nothing. SW was 201, CW 193, and GW is 125 of which I struggle to even visualize. Been 175+ for so long, I'm not sure what it looks like to be in the 160s and lower. Can't wait to find out though! Thanks for inspiring stories ladies!!

    I'm 5ft 2 and one of the things that motivates me to loose weight is the struggle to find jeans that are short enough for me. mainly the ones that are short enough are too small for my waist!

    I'm Rosa who is 5'4 can I follow you? I have always thought of myself a shorty person. Its so hard to fine pants my length and size. I just got started with this program. I started 4 days ago. I weighed in at 205. I'm already seeing some loss weight. I fine the cardio very hard at this time. I'm up to 35 minutes of walking and three kinds of strength exercises.

    5'3" and weighing in at 179! Goal weight is 130. When I started this journey 5 weeks ago (the day after my 30th birthday) I weighed in at 186. I've been using the runkeeper app for the last 5 weeks (i walk/jog 2miles 3-4x/week on my lunch break) and the fitbit flex for the last 2 weeks. I guess this site was the last piece of the puzzle!

    Starting weight: 113 lbs.

    Lost and got down to 100 lbs. and now I'm back up again at 110 lbs, but this time with muscle. : )

    My goal now is to get to 120 lbs and then cut.

    I'm 5ft, 143lbs. Looking to get to around 126-130. Quite muscly so doing Stronglifts 5x5 + cross trainer to keep muscle and burn fat. Want to look good in time for summer and beyond!!!

    5 foot and 0 inches here. SW 174 CW about 163? I haven't done my latest weigh in yet...first GW is 150 then UGW is 140-135.

    I try to keep up with exercise, and working on being better at managing my portions at least.

    I'm 54, diabetic, perimenopausal with hypothyroism. I'm now 5' 1 3/4". I USED to be 5' 3". I SHRANK!!! I almost cried when they measured me at the Drs. office. I hadn't been measured in a long time. I was upset because it meant I had to lose EVEN MORE weight than I thought. I'm still bitter :sad: :laugh: I've been on MFP for a long time and have lost some weight, but have 200 more to lose. My weight loss is so painfully slow. I wear a Fitbit and exercise 3 - 4 times a week with Daily Burn Beginners. I do eat all of my exercise calories, (because I like to eat) but have set my calorie goal at 1450 cals a day to counteract that. I can go 3 - 4 weeks without showing a weight loss on the scale. People at work have been telling me, wow you've lost a lot of weight. I just look at them with a blank stare because it's not showing on the scale. I'm frustrated but can't and won't quit simply because I can't. I will gain weight quickly if I do.

    5'2.5" here, so just slipping in under the cut off. I got down to 120lbs whilst at university but it has crept back on! Three years of a desk job later, I found myself only just on the better side of 150lbs and feeling increasingly uncomfortable in my skin. Enter MFP!

    My loss has seriously slowed down in the past few weeks as the scales are not moving at all and I seem to be gaining and losing the same 2lbs over and over again. So. Frudtrating. It does seem to be more difficult to shift the pounds as a shortie! Plus every extra pound that I carry really does show, compared to my taller friends....

    5'3'' and 145. When I moved to Chicago 5 years ago, I was 120 on the nose, and I'd like to get back to that, I think.

    Hi y'all. I'm 5'2", 24 years old, SW 226, CW 215, GW 130-140.
    Been at it seriously about a month. I've swung back and forth before, at my lowest was probably 190ish. I'm very determined right now but still scared I'll lose track and let things go. Could use some friends/motivators along the way!

    phhhhh....i'm doing the Insanity workout and on the fifth day. i'm trying not to weigh myself often so I'm not sure if i lost any weight yet but I definitely feel tighter and my love handles are smaller and my size 8 pants and loosening up.
