Songs that make you CRY everytime

I am a bit of a sap and lots of songs make me cry. Currently. George Strait's "I Got a Car" when it goes

"One Sunday morning, rain pouring down
She said, I think it's time but all the lines are out
And her eyes teared up and she said, what are we gonna do now?

And I said, well I got a car, she said, there's something
You think it'll start, I said, it's already running
Got your things in the back and I'm ready when you are
She said, are you sure it'll get us where we're goin'?
I said, if there's one thing I know girl, it's gotten us this far"

When I was pregnant with my son it was "Baby" by Blake Shelton. I blame hormones for that.

What about you?

I can never remember the guy's name, but he's Hawaiian, and the song is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". Gets me every. single. time.

My Name by George Canyon. Thought it was a nice little song until my mom pointed out it's about a stillborn baby. Now it gets me very time.

Elephants by Rachel Yamagata. I usually have to skip it on my ipod because it's just too intensely sad.

its Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwoʻole (say that out loud haha)... who happens to be dead now (like 17 years ago) :-/

I have never had a song make me cry before but "what a wonderful world" by Louis Armstrong definitely is emotional... played it at my great grandmothers funeral. (IZ also covered that song).

One of the best covers ever... I love it when it was featured in 50 First Dates

    ETA Mine are

    Albatross - Fleetwood Mac
Biffy Clyro - Many of Horror (When We Collide)

Because these were played at my mams funeral, I actually cried in a shop when Many of horror came on the first Christmas after... I can't even listen to Albatrose, it's my favourite song (and my mams, from my childhood - that's why we choose it)

Art Garfunkel's 'Bright Eyes' reminds me of my favourite aunt. She passed away from cancer when I was eight. I'm thirty-six now and still can't listen to it without either noticeably welling up or turning into a wreck.

There are really no songs that make me cry every time I hear them.

However, the song "Breathe Me" by Sia comes close for me. The finale to my all-time favorite show, Six Feet Under, involved that song (which is a beautiful song in itself) and was extremely sad/emotional so when I hear that song, if I am in a thoughtful state of mind it gets me pretty close to tears.

Another one for me is "Marry the Night" by Lady Gaga, because it reminds me of a time in my life 2-3 years ago that was very emotionally raw (depressed, in an unhappy marriage, and seeing my home & lots of my favorite places destroyed by a tornado).
