Is anyone familiar with this ( using trampolines)?

All I can find info on is large trampolines, or classes in other countries.

    This is also called rebounding....great for making workouts lower impact

    Brands include: Belicon, Cellersizer, Jump Sport, Urban Rebouder

    Urban Rebounder actually has a series of DVDs.

    Look for youtube videos under brand names....I know Belicon has a few.

    I have a Jump Sport (I don't use it like the video you posted).....I just use it for Walk At Home DVDs.....I substitute similar moves & the rebounder increases the intensity.
