    Sweet mother of god.

    That looks amazing.

They'd have had to have rolled me out like a barrell.

And these I do eat... Two Hearts Terrine. I have them with mixed greens salad drizzled with warm olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Two Hearts Terrine is heart of palm wrapped in smoked salmon which is then rolled in a mixture of cream cheese, shrimp, artichoke hearts, shallots, capers, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic. The whole thing is chilled and then rolled in chopped pistachios and cut into discs as shown on the plate.

I must make this immediately! How have I never heard of this?!

Here's the recipe... 1 roll makes 2 servings. I typically cut 4-5 discs out of 1 roll.

Really awesome presentation, it came out and looked like a disc of chocolate then they poured some liquid gold over top and melted the disc to what you saw in the pic

Portugese piri piri chicken and shrimps, minted tomato and cucumber salad with grilled halloumi, homamade pita crips with zaatar and labneh.

Ohhhh that's what aragula is . In Australia we called it rocquette or "rocket" lol

Yup, that's exactly the same thing. In french, we call aragula "roquette", as you do in Australia. :)

I wound up using a 100 calorie bun because my eyes were bigger than my belly and I thought I was going to eat the second one. My husband used a onion hamburger roll! These were amazing!!
