I was 118 lbs in high school. I'm 5'6", so that may have been too low. I didn't think about my weight then or what I ate. While serving in the military co-workers called me anorexic. I wasn't. I just worked off everything I ate. Dancing or running were my go-to exercise. But I didn't do it for weight management. I was just having fun. I hurt my knee in my late 20's (no more running) and the weight started coming on following three pregnancies.
At my heaviest weight I was 220 lbs. I lost 80 lbs with Weight Watchers and reached my goal weight (142) in 2010. I've kept it off (mostly) since then. While doing a lot of traveling I had edged up 10 lbs, but have lost that. I just go back to what I know works for me. Carbs are never my friend. I now eat gluten, dairy, sugar and processed foods free. That did not happen overnight. I walk 60 minutes on a treadmill five days a week. Six if I need to lose any weight. I also do strength training three days a week. I eat far more (healthy) fat now. Our bodies need fat. Not added sugars. Watch the movie "Fed Up". :-)0 -
I don't remember exactly my weight in high school but I know it was over 200lbs.... I am currently 206-208ish throughout the day. LOL.. Goal is to be 160!
Edit to add: Height is 5'8
Clothing size in HS was 15-17 and just recently I have been wearing size 14!! Whaaaat?!?0 -
I think I'm around the same weight.
But I am 10000 times more athletic now. In high school I couldn't even run a mile!0 -
I graduated HS at 125. I lost alot of weight playing Field Hockey Junior and Senior Year. I'm 146 as of this morning, so plus 21 Lbs.0

I was 111 lbs but there is no way I would want to be that thin now. (I had ED at the time.) I'm happy when I'm 140-145.0

My weight fluctuated in high school, but I'd say I was usually between 200-225. I'm 5'4.
Now I'm 182 and still working to lose another 30-40.0 -
Graduated HS weighing 147; family told me I looked 'on the heavy side' at that weight.
Somewhere in the 150 range now; same family members telling me they worry about me getting 'too thin.'

I was 160 when I graduated from HS. I'm about 24 lbs away from that (down from 210). Not really sure if I want to get back down to that at this point.
Oh and I'm 5'3.5" (my height has not changed since middle school lol).....I think I was wearing a size 10/12 at 160 and I'm currently wearing a 10/12 at 184. Got to love body recomp :-)
Oh and I popped out a cutie pie, so pregnancy did some reconstructing as well lol0 -
120 size 4 now i am 132 and a size 6 haha0

Man, I was 215-218 in high school and looked emaciated. With the muscle I have now I'd literally never be able to get back to that weight.0

I was 115lbs when I graduated highschool. Gained a ton of weight from pregnancies, and antidepressants. I am currently maintaining between 116-118lbs. I have been as heavy as 215lbs (not pregnant). I am 5'3".0

CURRENT WEIGHT: 286LBS (1st time I've been under 100lbs away from that weight in a while)0 -
Not to brag, BUT at 34 years old...I am 60lbs less than my highschool weight. Yeah, I was kind of a fat kid!0

Freshmen year: 110
Senior Year: 114-115
Now: 100lb
Not sure what my weight was in Junior high but it was around 100lb range. I gained five more lb junior year. It was all in the summer too0 -
I think I was about 135-140 my last year of highschool. I am currently at 168. I would like to lose about 20 more lbs. I don't think I will ever be my highschool weight again.0

Current weight: 1240 -
I got sick my Sr year and graduated between 145-150 (I'm 5'10")
Got in great shape in late 20's at 175
Broke my back and balooned to 245
Currently 234 and dropping0 -
I don't know that I really weighed myself in high school/college ... I think I was 135ish. I'm 150ish now. High was 180-200. I'd like to be 135, but I'm good with anything under 150. Just a couple pounds over that at present.0
