Are there any exercises to tighten skin on lower abdomen?

I had 2 c-sections and now my lower stomach is saggy skin. I do see a little difference with what I do now (Zumba, situps, and crunches) but the skin still needs to be tightened. It really does stress me out because i lost 20 lbs and I see a huge difference in other parts of my body and barely there.
Any tips or advice?

In for some helpful answers. My lower belly is starting to get that 'tissue paper' look. Not sexy0

Loosing fat is the only thing that "tightens" areas on your body. Otherwise you cannot exercise loose skin (it is not muscle), and so there is no exercise to tighten it. Also, for that matter, you cannot tighten muscle either (only grow it/make it stronger).
If it's not just stubborn fat, then it's skin and you would need to see a surgeon.0 -
Okay thanks. I will give it to my goal weight just in case its stubborn fat. If its not I'll contact a surgeon. Thanks again.0
