How to find weight lifting when journaling

I did a search on weight lifting and it brought up only three items that didn't even look like weight lifting.
I then searched weights, nothing. Then searched bar bells, nothing, then searched Les Mills body pump and
again nothing.

I would have thought something as simple as weights would have brought something up.

1. How do I find a weight lifting
2. How would I find a weight machine? Do I need to do each one separate or is there a circuit that includes variety?

Thanks, I'm new here and trying to get comfortable with the journaling.

Also remember that the calories burned given by MFP for strength training is usually wildly inaccurate because it does not account for weight or intensity, only time. Best to manually round way down on whatever burn is given to you.

I was wondering about the calories burned. I was trying to remember what the elliptical had said I burned and I think it was much, like almost half less than what it said here.

    Thanks for replying.
