I know all the right things to do to keep my lifestyle healthful and that it's calories in versus calories out. But I don't listen to myself very well and have lost all motivation because of stress due to my damn finals. Eating really whatever I want when I want and not caring but logging what I can. Yesterday was a rough day because of a lab practical and my class had a potluck. I brought something I knew I could know the calories of but I couldn't account for everything else so guessed about what I ate.
I would appreciate it if the community could post some links so I can get my facts straight again and try to get back into my healthful lifestyle and start to lose weight again. I gained five pounds this week, it's not all water weight because some of the days were well over my calorie budget and I'm at least 3500 over my calories for the past week, more if I count two weeks.
Any help is appreciated!

How many days/weeks till finals are over?
You can do this, you are not gonna gain that much because of eating a little too much during finals. After finals, when you don't feel stressed anymore, you can tackle those few extra kilos that you gained.0 -
Thank you! Finals are over this week thankfully. But it's still stressful.
Thanks for the links!0 -

I personally believe that finals are more important than weight loss. Try to focus on studying and worry about the weight loss in a week when they are over. 1 week of not counting but not stuffing yourself is not going to set you back a ridiculous amount. Try to maintain what you have now then get back on track when they are over.0 -
