      go to your photobucket or site that has the pic you want to post then put in front of the link and a at the end of it....photobucket and some sites have it IMG ready...but you have to change those IMG's to lowercase....if I wrote the img in the [ ] then it would not show up...so change the IMG's in above directions to lowercase and you should be all set....

      make sense? sorry its really early and I'm still absorbin the caffeine LOL
