:smile: Hi everyone I am new to Fitness Pal, this is my second day, so far I am eating right and working out lost, one pound so far, hope to lose 25 total.

    Returning back to Fitness Pal had so many ups and downs in life recently it has been over whelming, time to think about my health again. Need some encouragement.

    I'm not new to this and I love it but really need to start over as I'm doing something very wrong....most days I'm below my calorie intake and yet I don't really lose anything. If I do lose a 1lb it's back on again the next week. The other problem is I'm so fussy in the foods I like :( and sadly there's a lot I don't like.....
  • Hello this is my second day here, and im going to need some encouragement, as i need to lose nearly 100 pounds total. unfortunately i have been stuck at a plateau; i had been pushing 250 in September, but now im hovering around 230 and it stinks.
