Starting a Fitness Challenge Group (May 2014)

Hey Everyone! I am hosting a Health and Fitness Challenge Group (closed, private Facebook group) starting May 19th for anyone interested in joining up and working to make ourselves better on a health and fitness level. We'll provide daily motivation for one another as well as nutrition tips, and accountability with the whole group. I am currently doing Focus T25, but you do not have to do Focus T25 to be in the group. I really enjoy motivating as well as helping people achieve the results they are looking for, and this group challenge is the way to do it. If you are sick of working out alone, come join us. All you need is a FB account and access to a computer everyday to post your workouts.
