Jamie Eason's Live Fit 12 week training plan -whose in?

So I found this 12 week - transformation plan on bodybuilding.com. The plan is meant for all levels, both male and female. Its 12 weeks and it lays out everything daily for you - from work outs, to supplements, even to meals.

I plan on starting this tomorrow and was wondering if anyone out there would be interested as well? If so, I will start a new community group for us to provide daily/weekly updates on.

I would like to see people who will COMMIT to the full 12 weeks and will be active in the group to help with motivation and progress.

There is a phone app you can download and get all the program info in. (bodyspace)
