Hands?

Does anybody else see weight loss in their hands? I I know that for me it was one of the first places I noticed a difference, and now I find myself looking at my hands and thinking "wow!"

I can see all the veins in my hands, and if I stretch my fingers out, they look like a skeleton. :-P I'll deal with it. :-)

Weight loss happens all over the body. The more someone has to lose, the more noticeable the losses in certain areas will be.

Interestingly enough, it was one of the last places I saw the loss... I stopped being able to wear my wedding band when I got up to about 270 BUT coming back down, I was around 230 before I could wear it again (without it getting stuck on my finger)... Interestingly enough, I was 250 when I got married 21 years ago...

I haven't noticed it in my hands yet, although I would like to! I have chubby hands.

I have noticed my weight loss in my collarbone area right now. I woke up and was so sore there, I've never been bone-y there and think I slept wrong on it. Weird!

    I never thought of this!
I think it is because I have small palms and long fingers. Other than my wrists they are probably the slimmest part of my body! lol

    Gratz on hand loss!

Yes, because I had a ring that didn't fit anymore, and I don't have prominent knuckles, so it just sort of started falling off!

I always thought I had short, pudgy fingers. Turned out they were just fat because the rest of me was. Lately I've been able to feel more of the bones in my hand when I run my other hand over the back of my palm. I'm excited to see what my hands look like when I hit goal

Yeah, I can't wear my rings since they WILL fall off. Should probably get them adjusted..

I have big hands, long fingers and super long nails. ANY weight loss is apparent in my hands almost immediately. People always feel free to remark on my hands. I tend to "talk with my hands" a lot and it's kind of annoying to catch people staring at my hands. It's an ick factor for me I guess.

I also notice a weight loss in my feet. I wore a pair of shoes the other day that I hadnt wore in like 4 years. (along with my favoritest ever red jeans I might add)
