Roasted Hoisin Glazed Cabbage

Serving Size: 1/4 of cabbage, around 3 pieces.

Ingredients

1 medium green or red cabbage
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the cabbage into quarters. The slice each quarter into around 3 wedges, for 12 wedges total.
Stir together the Hoisin, soy sauce, and vinegar. Place the cabbage on a prepared baking sheet.
Brush the cabbage with the Hoisin mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and tender. If desired drizzle a bit more Hoisin on top before serving.

    No sh--... Seen those pitchforks... Just like to share..my family raves over this..
